9 Candles South is taking place at **the Peckwood Center**, “a residential centre set in 19 acres of beautiful ancient woodland in the North Worcestershire countryside, close to Alvechurch, 12 miles from the centre of Birmingham and 3 miles from the M42.”

====Site Rules====
We ask that you kindly comply with the site rules provided to us by Peckwood. 
  * No smoking in the buildings
  * No alcohol allowed on the site
  * Keep noise down especially after dark
  * Do not trespass on neighbouring land

====Site and Accomodation====
The ticket price includes accommodation at Peckwood - this will be in a shared cabin, with 7 sets of bunk beds to a room. **The site does not provide any bedding.**
 
Weather permitting, we will be running things in both indoor spaces and in the woodlands around the site. As such, we recomend bringing the following:

  * Bedding (a sleeping bag, pillow and/or blankets)
  * Sturdy and comfortable shoes. 
  * Waterproof layers
  * Warm clothes

Catering will be provided by Kes Ward. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements on your sign up form. 

====Accessibility====
We’re expecting the site to be accessible and to be able to accommodate a range of accessibility needs, however this will be confirmed after the Ref team’s upcoming site visit. If you have any specific questions or requests please get in touch and we will be able to provide more information soon.
