All tickets include on-site accomodation and catering. There are 3 tiers of tickets. Please note that your chance of getting a place will not be impacted by the level of ticket you are booking for.

Standard Ticket: £70 per person

Concessions: £40 per person

Supporters: £100 per person

Concessions: Concessions will be available for people such as students, those whose primary source of income is state benefits, or anyone who has little income due to ineligibility for such benefits. If you are unsure if you are eligible for a consession ticket, or believe you may be but don't fit the above criteria, please contact the refs.

Supporters: Want to support the Ref team to plan and host more games? This ticket allows you to contribute a little bit more to help us to keep developing LARP experiences.

If you would like to book a space please fill out the booking form here. Booking will remain open until 11:59pm on Sunday the 17th August. Once booking closes, players will be selected, and anyone unsuccessful will be places on a waiting list. If there are still spaces after the booking window, these will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

If you have been successful, you will be sent payment details and a character creation form. Your place will be secured once you have paid and filled in this form. The deadline for this will be announced nearer the time - if you need more time to pay for the ticket, let the refs know and we will be able to work something out.

We cannot guarantee refunds for Nine Candles. However if you are unable to make it, and we are able to find a replacement player, we will be able to offer a refund.

If you are unable to attend the event due to a Health issue (e.g. catching Covid), you will be able to receive a full refund. Please do not attend Nine Candles (South) if you have a transmissible illness. There are atendess who are immunocompromised, and even a “minor cold” can have serious health implications.
